Quenching tank
Quenching tank structure is relatively simple, mainly from the trough of medium feeding or discharge pipe, an overflow groove, some additional heater, cooler, mixer and smoke fire device.
Quenching tank is used to heat the workpiece after the high uniform quenching. Quenching medium can use water, light weight polymer or oil. It is not designed to be used in brine. Water or polymer must be characterized by an anti rust agent (or other containers must be stainless steel), which ensures that a high temperature component is quenched on the surface of the surface of the quenching and dispersing the vaporization.
